Executive Summary

  • LeVigne has over 29 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, project and program management, enterprise systems implementation, electronic internal controls, application development, process re-engineering, operational audit and improvement initiatives, and business integration. He has a BS in Accounting from Oregon State University.
  • In addition to his senior management experience in information systems, Mr. LeVigne has senior level experience with supply chain operations, asset accounting and materials management, and EMR applications. He also held a position as senior auditor for the Department of Defense.
  • LeVigne has broad experience with all facets of process analysis, development and improvement, and is deeply experienced in leading high value project initiatives involving both supply chain operations and revenue performance management.
  • LeVigne also has deep, hands-on development and application support experience with a significant number of ERP solutions and applications, including Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Crystal applications and related databases.
  • LeVigne has spent over 20 years of his career working with Mr. Josenhans, and over 12 years working with Mr. Pomeroy. His leadership and his project management experience is crucial in developing and managing the Pinnacle Medical Partners Provider Network, especially in relation to our Practice Management and EMR platform, and real estate strategy.

 

Professional Experience

  • Interim CIO and consultant for a $150 million pharmaceutical services company operating in Europe and the US.
  • VP, Information Services, Marketing and Physician Services, for an independent physician group specializing in providing customized business solutions and support to medical practitioners, including transaction processing and accounting, billing and collections, network and IT services, customer service / call center operations, and human resources.
  • Consultant and project manager for a revenue assurance engagement for a local search technology and marketing solutions provider, involving contract management and compliance, development resource assignment and cash flow reporting.
  • VP Information Systems for a $700 million media company, developed WAN and LAN for new corporate operation, consolidated and migrated billing and collections to common platform, led implementation of Oracle EBS 11i, along with other business integration responsibilities for three significant acquisitions.
  • Consultant and project manager for the buy side of a $600 million telecommunications company carve-out transaction, responsible for transition services, PeopleSoft general ledger design and implementation, inventory and asset management, labor and material distribution, and regulatory cost accounting.
  • Director of Supply Chain Operations for a global provider of broadband, IP network and hosting solutions.
  • Director of Asset Accounting and Operations for $15 billion telecommunications firm.
  • Director of Business Systems and Corporate Operations for an e-commerce and software development company, with operations in four countries.
  • Director of Financial Systems Development and Support for a large broadband cable provider with over 800 users.
  • Project Manager for a PeopleSoft ERP implementation in a shared services environment for a large broadband cable provider.
