- Purdy has 27 years of experience in the commercial aerospace industry in marketing, business development, strategy development, process optimization, sales & operations planning and engineering.
- In his role as Director, Practice Operations, Mr. Purdy is responsible for the patient experience and practice excellence, including profit and loss and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Key responsibilities include driving practice growth through marketing, referral management, online presence / optimization and patient interaction throughout the entire patient experience. In addition, he is responsible for managing the administrative, office and clinical processes, staffing and organizational strategy, administrative patient interactions and provider relationships.

- Director of Business Development & Marketing: Responsible for business development and marketing plans across the Commercial Systems portfolios for key strategic accounts at Bombardier Aerospace, Beechcraft and Cessna
- Director, Strategy Development: Assessed market / economic drivers, customer procurement trends, disruptive technologies, competitive positioning and acquisition / alliance opportunities for the commercial and business aircraft markets. Led the development of the annual 5-year strategic & financial plan for various portfolios within the Commercial Systems business.
- Director, Marketing: Led the standard product definition, pricing and channel strategies, competitive assessment, sales “tool kits”, promotion plans and revenue forecasting for a new business initiative. Worked with corporate development to introduce the Strategyn™ outcome-driven innovation tools & process for new business initiatives.
- Director, Sales & Marketing Operations: Created month / quarter / year revenue forecasts. Led the streamlining and consolidation of multiple departments to reduce headcount by over 40% from prior organization structure while increasing the quality and effectiveness of the department. Increased quarterly sales forecast accuracy from 81% to 98%. Reduced finished goods inventories by over 30% while maintaining record on-time delivery.
- Director, Boeing Marketing: Managed the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group account in Seattle & Long Beach. Won the exclusive avionics position on the Boeing Business Jet (six-year, $40M contract; and a six-year, $50M contract renewal). Won the Boeing 737-NG Digital Flight Control Systems (displacing a 25-year incumbent) and the Boeing 767-400 display system.
