- Pomeroy has over 30 years of experience in chief executive and senior financial roles, and has significant experience with private equity sponsored companies. He began his career with KPMG in Albuquerque, New Mexico (focused on Healthcare), and graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BBA with an emphasis in Accounting in 1984. - Chairman of the Board for a developing aircraft design and manufacturing firm, and US Government contractor. Actively involved in all aspects of the business since 2009. Led the Company to become one of three finalists for the winning aircraft design for several multi-billion dollar vertical lift aircraft programs.
- Principal and Founder of several start-up ventures in healthcare and financial services. Developed foundational PMP business strategy and was the architect of the PMP Provider Network legal structure.
- Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors for a $200 million media company based in New Zealand (2011–2013). Developed and executed against transformational business plan and delivered promised results to shareholders amidst a backdrop of significant industry tension.
- President and Chief Executive Officer for a $700 million media company with operations in the US and Caribbean. Led all aspects of the roll-up of six acquisitions within the industry for a large New York based PE sponsor (2006-2011), aggregating over $2 billion in assets.
- Chief Financial Officer; SVP Finance and Treasurer for a $1.6 billion media company operating in 14 western states, and sponsored by two large east coast based PE firms (2002-2006). As SVP Finance and Treasurer, managed all aspects of treasury operations and investor relations for this issuer of more than $6.5 billion in debt, and $1.0 billion of public equity raised in an initial public offering. Instrumental in leading initial carve out from the selling Telco and the ultimate sale to a strategic buyer.
- Consultant and interim CFO responsible for a $7.0 billion carve out transaction from a large Telco (2002).
- Chief Financial Officer for a venture capital and PE investor backed by national insurance companies (2000-2002).
- President and Chief Financial Officer for a $250 million group of food processing companies in the US and Mexico (1993-2000).
